1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyLottoResults.co.za ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyLottoResults.co.za is an independent lottery results checking and notification service that allows users to:

• Check lottery results for South African lottery games
• Store lottery ticket numbers for automatic checking
• Receive notifications via email and/or Telegram when tickets match winning numbers
• View historical lottery results and statistics
• Subscribe to premium features for enhanced functionality

3. Service Provided "AS IS"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results, information, or notifications will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all lottery results independently with official lottery operators
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of ticket numbers you enter into the Service
• Checking your tickets before the expiration date for claiming prizes
• Claiming any prizes directly with the official lottery operator

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyLottoResults.co.za SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Incorrect results, missed notifications, or delayed information
• Lost, unclaimed, or expired lottery prizes
• Technical failures, system downtime, or service interruptions
• Data loss or security breaches
• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all subscription fees when due
• Provide accurate payment information
• Email proof of payment to sales@mylottoresults.co.za
• Trial periods may be offered, after which payment is required for continued access
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with notice

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
• Misrepresent your affiliation with MyLottoResults.co.za

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MyLottoResults.co.za and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Lottery results are sourced from publicly available information and remain the property of their respective lottery operators.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Service notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
