Your tickets are checked automatically every night after the draws, and you can also manually check any historical draw whenever you want.
Absolutely! We take your privacy and security very seriously. All your personal information and ticket numbers are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties. We only store your ticket numbers to check them against draws - we don't store any information about where or when you purchased your physical tickets.
No! MyLottoResults is a checking service only. You still need to purchase your actual lottery tickets from authorized National Lottery retailers or through the official National Lottery website/app. Simply enter your ticket numbers into our system, and we'll check them for you automatically. If you win, you'll need your physical ticket or proof of purchase to claim your prize from the National Lottery.

All lottery draws take place at 21:00 PM SAST (South African Standard Time):
- Daily Lotto: Every day of the week (7 days a week)
- Lotto: Wednesday and Saturday
- PowerBall: Tuesday and Friday
Plus games (Lotto Plus 1, Lotto Plus 2, PowerBall Plus, Daily Lotto Plus) are drawn immediately after their respective main games using the same draw schedule.
Draw results are typically available between 21:30 PM and 00:00 (midnight) SAST on the date of the draw. The exact timing depends on when the National Lottery publishes the official results. Our system automatically checks for new results multiple times throughout the evening, and your tickets are automatically checked as soon as results become available.
Lotto Game Rules:
- Numbers to Pick: Choose 6 numbers from 1 to 58
- Bonus Ball: One bonus ball is drawn from the remaining numbers
- Cost: R5.00 per line
- Plus Games: Add Lotto Plus 1 (R2.50) and/or Lotto Plus 2 (R2.50) for extra chances
- Prize Divisions: 8 divisions from matching 3 numbers up to the jackpot (6 numbers)
Tip: Plus games use your same numbers but have separate prize pools!
PowerBall Game Rules:
- Main Numbers: Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 50
- PowerBall: Choose 1 PowerBall number from 1 to 20
- Cost: R5.00 per line
- Plus Game: Add PowerBall Plus (R2.50) for an extra chance using your same numbers
- Prize Divisions: 9 divisions with the jackpot requiring 5 main numbers + PowerBall
Note: You can win prizes even by matching just the PowerBall!
Daily Lotto Game Rules:
- Numbers to Pick: Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 36
- Cost: R3.00 per line
- Plus Game: Add Daily Lotto Plus (R1.50) for an extra draw with the same numbers
- Prize Divisions: 4 divisions from matching 2 numbers up to the jackpot (5 numbers)
- Draws: Every single day of the week - more chances to win!

- Complete payment before your trial ends to continue uninterrupted access
💡 Pro Tip: The trial doesn't start when you register - it only starts when you choose a subscription plan. This means you can browse around first, then activate your trial when you're ready!
We accept bank transfers (EFT) to our dedicated bank account. After subscribing, you'll receive payment instructions with our banking details. Once we receive your proof of payment, we generally activate your subscription within an hour, but this could take 1-2 business days depending on demand. We're working on adding instant payment options like credit cards and PayFast in the future!
Here's what happens after you choose a subscription plan:
- Your 2-week (14 days) free trial starts immediately! You get instant access to all features
- You'll receive an invoice with payment instructions via email
- You can start adding your lottery tickets right away during your trial
- Make payment via EFT using the banking details provided
- Send us your proof of payment
- We generally activate your subscription within an hour (could take 1-2 business days depending on demand)
- After your 14-day trial expires, you'll need to have completed payment to continue access
- Before your subscription expires, we'll send you renewal reminders
Important: Your trial is activated the moment you choose a subscription plan. You have 14 full days to test all features and complete your payment!
Yes, you can choose not to renew your subscription when it expires. Simply don't make a payment for the next period. Your account will remain active until the end of your current subscription period, after which it will expire. You'll keep access to your account and can view your historical data, but ticket checking and notifications will stop. You can always resubscribe later to resume the service!
There is currently no hard limit on the number of lines (played numbers) you can add. However, as part of our Fair Usage Policy (FUP), we kindly request that users do not add more than 50 lines to ensure optimal system performance for all subscribers.
We monitor subscriptions for abuse and will handle such cases at our discretion. All subscription plans include automatic checking for all your lines - whether you have 1 line or 50, we'll check them all for every draw!
Note: A "line" refers to a single set of played numbers (e.g., one Lotto entry with 6 numbers, or one PowerBall entry with 5 numbers + PowerBall). Each line is checked automatically against every draw.
🎫 Tickets & Checking
Adding tickets is easy:
- Go to the "My Tickets" page from your dashboard
- Select the game (Lotto, PowerBall, or Daily Lotto)
- Click the numbers to select your ticket line
- For PowerBall, also select your PowerBall number
- Optionally select Plus games if you're playing them
- Click "Add Ticket" to save
- Add multiple lines by clicking "Add Line"
Tip: You only need to add your numbers once. They'll be checked automatically for every future draw!
Yes! Subscribers have access to 100+ historical draws. You can check your current tickets against any past draw to see if they would have won. This is perfect for analyzing your number choices or checking if you might have missed claiming a prize. Go to the "See if I Won" page and use the draw selector to check any specific draw date.
Your saved played lines (the numbers you've saved under "My Tickets") are automatically checked every night after results are published by the National Lottery. Since draws happen at 21:00 and results are usually available between 21:30 and midnight, our system typically checks your lines against the draw results and sends notifications between 22:00 and 01:00 SAST. You'll receive instant notifications if your numbers match!
When your played lines match winning numbers, here's what happens:
- You'll receive instant notifications via email and/or Telegram
- Your dashboard will show your winning lines (under your saved played numbers) with prize details
- You'll see which division you won and the estimated prize amount
- To claim your prize, take your physical lottery ticket to an authorized National Lottery retailer or their offices

Keep your physical lottery tickets safe! You must present the original physical ticket purchased from an authorized retailer to claim your prize from the National Lottery. MyLottoResults is a checking service only - we help you track your numbers, but the National Lottery handles all prize claims.
Yes! You have full control over your saved played lines. You can delete any line at any time from the "My Tickets" page - just click the "Delete" button next to the line. If you want to change a line's numbers, simply delete the old one and add a new line with the updated numbers. Your saved lines are meant to represent your actual ongoing lottery ticket numbers, so update them whenever your physical tickets change!

We offer two notification channels:

Automatically enabled for all users. Receive winning notifications and important account updates directly to your registered email address.
📱 Telegram Notifications
Optional instant messaging notifications. Link your Telegram account from your Profile page to receive real-time win alerts on your phone!
You can enable both channels for maximum reliability, or choose just one. Customize your notification preferences in your Profile settings.
Setting up Telegram is easy:
- Install Telegram on your phone or computer if you haven't already
- Go to your Profile page on MyLottoResults
- In the Telegram section, click "Link Telegram Account"
- A unique 6-character code will be generated for you
- Click the "Open @mylottoresults_bot" button to open the bot directly in your Telegram app, or manually search for @mylottoresults_bot in Telegram
- Click the copy button to copy your linking code (including the /)
- Paste the code into the bot chat and hit send
- That's it! Your Telegram account is now linked and you'll receive instant notifications
Note: Linking codes expire after 10 minutes. If yours expires, just generate a new one!
Yes, you can customize your notification preferences from your Profile page. You can toggle email notifications on/off and Telegram notifications on/off independently. However, we recommend keeping at least one notification channel enabled so you don't miss out when you win! You can also unlink your Telegram account entirely if you prefer email-only notifications.

We check our results against those released by the official National Lottery website to ensure accuracy. However, the official National Lottery results are always the final authority. We recommend verifying any significant wins on the official National Lottery website or app before claiming prizes. If you notice any discrepancy, please contact us immediately at info@mylottoresults.co.za.
If you're not receiving notifications, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Email: Check your spam/junk folder. Add info@mylottoresults.co.za to your contacts
- Telegram: Make sure you're still linked (check Profile page). Re-link if necessary
- Check your notification preferences in your Profile settings
- Verify your subscription is active
- Make sure you have active tickets added to your account
You can always check your wins manually on the "See if I Won" page. If problems persist, contact us at info@mylottoresults.co.za.
You can update your account details from your Profile page. To change your password, use the "Change Password" section - you'll need your current password. To change your email address, use the "Change Email" section - you'll receive a verification email at your new address to confirm the change. For security reasons, both actions require you to enter your current password.
